TOURTIÈRE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove from packaging and place on oven safe baking tray.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Allow to rest for 15 minutes prior to serving.
Enjoy with roasted Brussels sprouts and buttery mashed potatoes, or your favourite holiday fixin’s! Pairs well with a Canadian amber ale or IPA, or with a spicy Shiraz. Tourtières are sold frozen and can be kept frozen for up to three months.
