Recipe: S’mores Pie

S’mores Pie Recipe

For the Pie Mixture

182g butter
360g dark chocolate
6 eggs
88g white sugar


  1. Melt chocolate and butter over a water bath
  2. In a small mixer, whisk eggs and sugar together until they form a ribbon
  3. Fold ¼ egg mix into the chocolate with a whisk
  4. When solid chocolate starts to appear, add ¼ more of the egg mix
  5. Repeat until fully incorporated

For the Crust

2.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup butter
8 marshmallows


  1. Melt butter and mix with crumbs
  2. Press into a 12×12 baking tray lined with parchment
  3. Pour the pie mixture on top of the crust mix
  4. Bake at 275⁰F for 12 minutes
  5. Remove the pie from oven and top with marshmallows (note: as the marshmallows do expand once heated, they can be torn in half to top the pie)
  6. Turn and bake for another 13 minutes
  7. Allow to cool before cutting and enjoy!
