Maple season is officially upon us!

There’s no better excuse to join us for Sunday brunch at Bannock, where we’re serving up a few extra sappy specials, featuring Chef Joel Lyons’ unique take on Ontario’s quintessential ingredient. From classic pulled maple taffy to brioche donuts with maple custard, there’s no shortage of sugar here.
